Anti-Gratification Awareness Campaign Kalimantan Area
Anti-Gratification Policy Refreshment – Kalimantan Area As part of its commitment to implementing ISO 37001 on Anti-Bribery Management Systems, SSB consistently conducts antigratification policy refreshment sessions for employees across its operational areas. In April 2025, the awareness sessions were held in the Kalimantan region, specifically in South Kalimantan and Balikpapan. This initiative is part of the company’s regular agenda to foster a clean, transparent work culture free from practices that may lead to conflicts of interest.
April 2025Employee Gathering SSB Balikpapan
Strengthening Team Spirit: SSB Hosts Employee Gathering at Balikpapan Plant & Site PT Sanggar Sarana Baja held an Employee Gathering for 293 employees at the Balikpapan Plant & Site to strengthen engagement and boost motivation and enthusiasm for the year 2025. The event featured various competitions and teambuilding activities, along with the announcement and awarding of the Jawara Juara, where the Balikpapan Plant was crowned the winner of the KKJ Award. This victory reflects the strong teamwork and contributions that support the company’s operations. Through this gathering, it is hoped that collaboration among employees will grow stronger, and that the spirit of teamwork and togetherness will continue to thrive in facing the challenges of 2025.
February 2025SSB 48th Anniversary
Celebrating 48 Years of SSB – Honoring Resilience and Growth A series of celebrations marked SSB’s 48th anniversary, including a Video Greeting Competition from employees across all areas, a Naming & Logo Contest for SSB’s internal portal, charity donations to nearby orphanages, and special promotions for customers. This moment serves as a reminder of SSB’s long journey, the dedication of its people, and the enduring spirit of *Resilience for Growth* upheld by everyone at SSB.
Kick Off Meeting 2025
Resilience for Growth To open the year 2025, SSB kicked off with a Kick-Off Meeting themed *Resilience for Growth*. By prioritizing proactive communication, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, SSB is confident in its ability to grow stronger than ever before. This event also served as a recognition moment for outstanding individuals and teams through the *MALAM JUARA* (Champions’ Night) awards ceremony. Categories included Leader Juara (Outstanding Leader), Sales Person Juara (Top Salesperson), and Site/Area Juara (Best Site/Area). Through this celebration, SSB hopes to ignite the spirit of excellence among all employees to become future champions.
Certification of SMK3 in Plant Cikupa
As a compliance to laws and regulations of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), SSB Plant Cikupa has conducted SMK3 certification Comprehensive implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) through Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) approach as an effective risk control to minimize potential losses for the company. SMK3 is part of the company management system which aimed to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace based on PP No. 50 of 2012. As a compliance to SMK3 laws and regulations, SMK3 Certification has conducted by SMK3 External Auditor at SSB Plant Cikupa on 11-12 December 2023.

Continuous Improvement (CI) Award is an annual event held internally at SSB This program was held as a medium of appreciation for improvements or innovations created by SSB employees. The participants are the winners of the Cikupa Improvement Festival (CIFEST) and Kelompok Kecil (Balikpapan)

June 2021Online Socialization of Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
Re-socialization of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) through Microsoft Teams SSB conducts online resocialization through Microsoft Teams on GCG principles by presenting speakers from GCG team of ABM Group which attended by more than 600 employees in all SSB areas.

Winning Through Speed and Innovation The routine kick-off meeting event of the leaders which is held once a year, this time carried out for 2 days January 16- 17, 2020 at the Leuweung Geledegan EcolodgeBogor, West Java Themed Winning Through Speed and Innovation, became the main topic for SSB in 2020. It is expected that in the future it will have more competitiveness than all of its competitors to win all project tenders offered with its delivery speed and also innovation as the main keywords in the business world both innovation in the form of a complete product or service system.
