Account Payable Admin

Position : Account Payable Admin
Division : FINANCE
Location : Jakarta
Minimum Exp : Min 2 year in Accounting
Job Type : Non Penyelia - Overtime base
Career Education : Bachelor of Accounting

Job Responsibilities

  • Check & Review Invoice & Suporting Documents
  • Record invoice into accounting system
  • Makesure cost allocation correctly such as expenses, cost center, etc
  • Generate aging report of vendor
  • Responsible to reconcile AP accounts
  • Responsible to filling & Documentation

Job Requirements


  • familiar with using Microsoft Office 365
  • Having A & B certificates is preferred
  • Honest, neat, diligent, responsibility, high initiative
  • Can work individually or in teams
  • Aktif & Multi Tasking
  • Familiar With SAP
